Trent joined the Australian team in January 2023 as General Manager for Business Development, focused on increasing Vena Energy’s local footprint in the renewables sector.
Trent has gained a strong repertoire in the energy market with over 20 years’ experience across trading, market analysis, market design, and consulting roles. Backed by his expertise, Trent excels at coordinating customer focused renewable energy, commercial, and risk management solutions in the Australian market.
Prior to Vena Energy, Trent worked for the Australian Energy Market Operator leading the Market Design team, focusing on key reforms to support the transition to a lower emissions power system.
