Bibi’s journey with Vena Energy began in Singapore as a Legal Administrator. After relocating to Australia in 2016, Bibi contributed to the establishment of the Australian office and assumed the role of Office Manager.
With over 10 years of administrative expertise in the renewable and financial services industries, Bibi also oversees IT support, compliance, and administration services for Vena Energy’s employees across 4 states in Australia. In November 2020 Bibi was appointed as a HR Manager for the Australian business.
Bibi’s special finesse lies in her dedicated focus on the wellbeing, health, and professional growth of the local team. Within Vena Energy, Bibi actively supports the wider HR function and implements best practices through the company’s policies and initiatives.
